Postage Times
As items are made to order delivery time may take up to 4-6 weeks. We will keep you as up to date as possible with current lead times in your order confirmation email.
Cancellations and Refunds of Physical and Digital Products
- Orders will be made to the sizes provided when ordered. Any mistakes when measuring are not the responsibility of J.H. Leather. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured wrong.
- Upon receiving your order, if it does not live up to your expectations you have the right to return them within 14 days. This excludes any bespoke, made to order, personalised or embossed items.
- We cannot accept returns on bespoke, made to order, personalised or embossed items unless there is a fault with the product.
- If you intend on returning a product you must let us know in writing or via email within 14 days of receiving your item, please enclose your name, type of product you would like to return and the reason you want to return your item.
- When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs.
- All returned items need to be in new, unused and unmarked condition.
- A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned items to us, items over £150 will incur a 10% restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for collecting parcels held at local shipping facilities. In the result of parcels going unclaimed and have been returned to J.H.Leather, the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping back to them.
- If any import fees or taxes are due to be paid by J.H.Leather for a return of an item from overseas, this amount will be taken out of the total amount available for a refund.
- No refunds are given on digital products.
Cancellations and Refunds of 1:1 workshops
- Upon booking a 1:1 workshop you have 12 months in which to schedule in and complete your day, any workshop days that have not been booked within 12 months are classed as a no show and no refund will be given. After 18 months without a confirmed booking date, the workshop day(s) are forfeit and are no longer valid. Should you wish to complete the day after 18 months, you will need to order a new workshop day from our online store.
- For a full refund on your workshop day or online lesson, cancellations must be made within 14 days of the scheduled start day. This excludes workshop days that have been held for over 12 months from the original order date, where no refund will be given. After 18 months from the original order date the workshop day is no longer valid and new order will need to be placed.
- If you need to cancel your workshop day or online lesson within 14 days of the scheduled start date no refund will be given but we alternative dates will be offered.
- If you need to cancel your workshop day or online lesson or are unable to attend within 24hrs of the scheduled start date, alternative dates will be offered at a 50% discounted rate.
- Online lessons are for the purpose of leather training only, instances where the student acts inappropriately will end in the termination of the online training immediately and no refund will be given.
- J.H. Leather retains the right to cancel a workshop day or online lesson for any reason without notice. The student will be offered alternative dates or a full refund. J.H. Leather is not responsible for any costs incurred by students for travel, accommodation, or any other service.
- Any refunds will be made via the original payment method.
