These templates have designed by J.H.Leather using our favourite techniques to create a smooth flowing taper from the point to the widest section of the collar.
Our templates have been sized from measurements taken from 8 years of orders to create a range of sizes that will cover most dogs. Each length is available in 2 different widths and all are tapered to 3/4" / 19mm at the point and buckle ends.
These templates can be used for both padded and non padded collars and come with a mini guide and a link to our be the maker video on how to create these beautiful collars.
The following measurements can be used as a guide to what neck size these collars will fit, when using a buckle that measures 1"/25mm long. (measurements are internal done up size, and measured as per our measuring guide for collars)
We also offer a custom hound collar templating service where you can choose every aspect of your collar!
Small:
Padded: 11" - 14" / 28cm - 35.5cm
Plain: 12" - 15" / 30cm - 38cm
Medium
Padded: 12.5" - 15.5" / 32cm - 40cm
Plain: 13.5" - 16.5" / 34cm - 42cm
Large:
Padded: 14.5" - 17.5" / 37cm - 44.5cm
Plain: 15.5" - 18.5" / 40cm - 47cm
