The workshop will be closed from the 1st May - 8th June 2026. Orders placed after the 29th May will not be made up or posted until our return to the workshop on the 8th June.
We will try and process all orders as quickly as possible, but you should expect a turn around time of 1-2 weeks once we have returned.
If you are unable to wait for your order to be processed, please contact us to cancel your order and get a refund processed.
Orders for digital products are processed instantly and automatically sent out to your listed email address. Please ensure you use your correct/current email address with no spelling mistakes for the process to run smoothly. Please also check your junk mail folders for the downloads email, as these tend to end up in there. Once you have checked your junk folder, if your email is not in there, please contact us and we can see what we can do to help.
We will have limited access to emails while the workshop is closed, but will aim to get back to you as soon as we can.
