So I have been in my workshop at the Llanfyllin Workhouse for 7 years now (that went fast!), ever since moving in I wanted to add a floor to cover the cold, solid floor that is in the room, and now I finally have!!
As I was going to be the one installing the floor I needed to use something that I could easily do my self but also get around the fact that the room is pretty big and awkward to get anything large into - hence carpet was out of the question. I did a lot of researching and found a company in Luton that manufacture durable floor tiles for garages which are hard wearing and easy to install - and they are made here in Britain!
Once they arrived and acclimatised to the room temperature I was able to start the mammoth job of installing them all. This meant moving everything out of the way which proved to be quite tricking given the area that I was going to install them in was larger than the area I decided to leave clear.
Once I got going, the transformation was looking great, and it didn't take me too long in the grand scheme of things. Once everything was down I was able to rearrange the workshop and give it a good tidy up, the only downside I can see is that I will be constantly sweeping the floor, so it looks its best 100% of the time!
Ordering a bespoke dog collar or belt? Please read the measuring guide to ensure you order the correct size.
Dog Collars
When measuring for your new dog collar, the best option is to measure the internal length of a current collar adjusted to how you like it fitted. To do this, remove the collar from your dog and do it up at the desired fitting, then with a flexible tape measure measure around the inside of the collar. This length will be where the middle hole will fit on your new collar.
You can also measure around your dogs neck. Place the tape measure around your dogs neck where the collar will sit and to a tightness that you like.We will use the measurements provided as the internal measurement and add 2 larger and 2 smaller holes for adjustment.
Belts
The best way is to measure your current belt from the inside of the buckle to the hole that is used most. You can also use a tape measure and measure around your waist where your belt will sit.
We will add 3 larger and 3 smaller holes for adjustment.
